Hollands Hope Review
Small Height Gain
Indica Dominant
Suitable for Sunny/Mediterranean Climate
This is a review on Hollands Hope which is a strain bred by White Label. Hollands Hope is an old fashioned regular hemp strain which means it will produce both male and female plants. This is great if you want a very stable hemp strain that you can use as a motherplant to make clones or even, if you are feeling adventurous, breeding new strains yourself.I bought this Hollands Hope without thinking too much about it. I figured that for such a modest price nothing could go wrong. In the end I was really happy I did, for such a small price I got a very good germination rate and a decent amount of tasty weed. Cheap and cheerful!
When we grew Hollands Hope for the review it produced a large yield. Of course, there are strains that boast an even larger potential yield, but the good thing about this strain is that it doesn’t need the extra care that all these very high yielding strains need to reach its full potential. Hollands Hope yields more than enough to satisfy all but the most demanding grower. This strain is very suitable for the colder climates with a short summer that some of my mates up north have to deal with. I grew Hollands Hope in a warm climate, but a good friend of mine grew it in a colder climate last year and it worked out great. If you are at a latitude above 50N this is definitely a strain for you. Hollands Hope can, of course, also be grown indoor with grow lamps if you want to.When we grew Hollands Hope it had an average height gain during the flowering phase. This does not mean your plants will be of average height when you grow this strain! The final size depends a lot on where and how you grow Hollands Hope and, most importantly, the size at which it is put into flowering. Keep this mind when your grow-room has a low ceiling!Hollands Hope has an average flowering time, I´m not very patient, but I can live with the time I had to wait for this strain to finish.
Hollands Hope is a sturdy plant with dense buds and a relatively high yield, clearly this hemp strain has more dominant indica genes. I normally prefer the clear high of sativas, but the short flowering time, high yield and knock-out smoke make [strain-name] very popular amongst growers.
